3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€ EUR) and include German VAT (19%) where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is accepted via PayPal only. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Germany only. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes 5 to 12 business days after processing. Free shipping is offered on all orders. For full details please refer to our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt. Returns are free of charge. Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item via the original payment method. For full details please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

8. Warranty

Our products are covered by the statutory warranty rights under German law. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and a description of the problem.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mechmaxi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of Mechmaxi and is protected by German and European copyright law. Reproduction or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. Changes to Terms
